Order Cancellations We understand that plans change. Cancellation windows by product type:

• Physical Apparel (in-stock): Cancel within 12 hours of order — full refund available
• Physical Journals & Planners: Cancel within 12 hours of order — full refund available
• Print-on-Demand / Custom Items: Cancel within 2 hours of order — store credit only
• Digital Downloads: Non-refundable .
• Subscriptions / Memberships: Cancel before your next billing cycle — prorated store credit applied

How to Cancel an Order Email support@hosea4six.com with the subject line “ORDER CANCELLATION” and include your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible — please refer to our Returns policy.

Subscription Cancellations You may cancel a subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by emailing us. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period and you’ll retain access through that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

If We Cancel Your Order In rare cases we may need to cancel your order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You’ll receive an email notification and a full refund within 3–5 business days.
