Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships. Orders placed after 6:30 PM on Fridays or on Saturdays will begin processing Monday.
Shipping
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Hosea4Six is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or weather events.
Return Eligibility We accept returns on physical items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How to Start a Return Email support@hosea4six.com with the subject line “RETURN REQUEST” and include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, your reason for returning, and a photo if the item is damaged or defective. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns may be refused. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
Refunds & Exchanges Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If you’d prefer an exchange, note that in your return request and we’ll accommodate based on availability.
Damaged or Wrong Items Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost or Stolen Packages If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package: check with neighbors, wait 24 hours, then contact the carrier directly. If still unresolved, reach out to us. We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address on file.
